1. Services & Appointments
All appointments and service requests submitted through this site are subject to scheduling availability and confirmation.
2. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms
When you opt in to receive text messages from us (including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician updates, and customer support):
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service requests and appointment activity.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile provider for details on your plan.
- How to Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. After you send "STOP", we will send you a single confirmation SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Support / Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact our support team directly at 423-820-2967.
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Your personal and mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Age Requirement & Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this website, schedule service appointments, or register to receive text messages from Mountain Peak HVAC & Plumbing. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Our services and website content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.
